How do I return an item?

Return Policy:

 

All merchandise must have an RMA obtained from www.zippiesfun.com.  Merchandise received without and RMA will be refused.

 

Call  1-888-386-1288 for an RMA.

 

Unopened items:  Any items that are incorrect or not wanted may be returned within 15 business days after receipt of goods.  In order for us to ensure proper credit all items must be as follows:

• All items must be in its original packaging
• All items must be unopened/unused and factory sealed
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied

• Call first to receive an RMA before mailing back.

For all open items, please call a representative at Zippies for return authorization.  You must return in new condition and with all original packaging.  We will inspect it before issuing a refund.

Miscellaneous items:  Under no circumstance will any custom orders be returned. 

Defective Merchandise:  If you received a product that has been damaged, defective or non-functioning, please contact a Zippies representative to arrange a return material authorization (RMA).  All products under this category will be replaced immediately.

Return Procedures and Guidelines: 

• Contact a Zippies representative within 15 days of receipt of goods to receive a RMA #.
• RMA #’s must be on all return packages.  Clearly marked and must be shipped to:

• Product must be in original packaging and all packaging instructions etc. must be returned undamaged and unmarked.

• Zippiesfun.com will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged during shipping or fail to arrive at our facility. 

• All credits will be issued to original method of payment after our inspection team clears the returned items.

In the event that a www.zippiesfun.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,
we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
